Is drinking more water really good for health?
We often hear, "Drinking plenty of water is good for health." But is this sentence really correct? Let's not know when drinking water is beneficial and what rules we should avoid. 1. Water during meals: Many of us fill our glasses with water and sit down to eat. I give food in my mouth once and then water after a while. It is seen that it takes a glass of water to finish half a plate of rice. But if you drink too much water between meals, it can interfere with your digestion. Drinking water repeatedly between meals makes your body feel full or bloated due to the activation of gastric acid. So we often see that those who drink water after a while between meals, they get hungry after consuming a small amount of food. So it is best to drink water shortly before meals. And drink water again shortly after meals. And if the meal is dinner, you will get special benefits if you drink two glasses of water an hour before the start of the meal.
2. Exercise and water: Many of us see people around us who take a bottle of water with them when they go to the gym or jog. Sweating on one side and drinking water on the other side, he said happily, “Let's go, Dad! I filled the emptiness of the water that came out with sweat. But sad to say, this is a wrong practice. Coconut water rich in various minerals is more beneficial than drinking water at this time.
3. Drinking water while standing: We often drink water while standing or for any reason. Maybe we think, "What's so significant about it?" But when you are standing and drinking water faster than other times, you are absorbing more oxygen in that condition which can cause damage to the heart and lungs. Those who believe in Islam may know that Islam also discourages standing water.
4. Drink water after waking up: In Japan, people drink two glasses of water before waking up and then start the day. It is believed that it helps to keep the skin young and reduce extra fat. Because it is thought to activate and speed up the work of metabolism. Although this theory is not scientifically proven, everyone around the world follows this rule.
